Terms of Service
Last updated: February 21, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of massadesk, including related websites, applications, and services.
Article 1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using massadesk, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Article 2. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
Article 3. Use of the Service
You may use massadesk only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer non-public components, or use the service to transmit unlawful or harmful content.
Article 4. Customer Data and Content
You retain ownership of data and content submitted to massadesk, including operational records, attachments, and related metadata. You grant massadesk a limited license to host, process, and transmit that data solely to provide and support the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service and your submitted data comply with applicable laws, contractual obligations, and internal policies.
Article 5. Subscriptions and Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and plan limits are shown at checkout or in your account settings. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize charges for applicable fees, taxes, and renewals according to your selected plan.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
Article 6. Refund Policy
Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
- Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not retroactively refund prior charges.
- Partial billing periods are generally not eligible for prorated refunds.
- If you believe you were charged in error (for example, duplicate or unauthorized billing), contact us for review and resolution.
- Statutory refund rights that cannot be waived under applicable law remain unaffected.
Article 7. Intellectual Property
massadesk and its software, interface design, trademarks, and related materials are owned by massadesk or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership rights in the service.
Feedback you provide may be used by massadesk without restriction or compensation.
Article 8. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time to improve security, performance, compliance, or product direction. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.
Article 9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms are violated, if required for legal or security reasons, or for prolonged non-payment on paid plans.
Article 10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Article 11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, massadesk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you to massadesk for the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Article 12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Before filing a formal claim, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith by contacting the other party. If resolution is not reached, disputes may be submitted to courts with competent jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.
